Chicken, 3 Pounds
Soy Sauce, 1/2 Cup
White Cane or Palm Vinegar, 3/4 Cup
Garlic, 1/2 Cup
Black Pepper, 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt, to taste

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup white cane or palm vinegar
  • 1/2 cup garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt, to taste

 

Directions

  1. Bring to a boil the chicken together with soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, and black pepper. Simmer for half an hour.
  2. Remove the chicken from the pot and broil or air fry in a pan for 5-10 min.
  3. Let the sauce in the pot boil and reduce by half. Add salt to taste.
  4. After chicken gets color, add back into the sauce.
  5. Mix and serve hot over a bowl of white rice.
